I also accept your previous comment on Dr Jinguyan's unpreparedness to overstate results as a legitimate scientist.
With steady progress now, in comparison to previously, on the elements you note, I'm comfortable to have things progress at an optimal safe pace. A lot of the stuff is synergistic eg. Reputational gain from the announcement assisting take up of the green bond. I think the level of answers probably tackles the questions requested but I'll look for the opportunity to tease out further clarity.
