- need for the funds
- past experience (practice).
- behaviour of other small caps. (in my experience different to medium to large caps like IGO).
- The fact the "owe" small SH from history (as distinguished from point 2).
- the $30K SPP option that dovetails into point 4.
Your point on 'Eligible holders now have to decide to sell for 12 / 12.5 c to buy back for 10.7c' hits the mark.
You could base it on M'Dib's and he has explained his position recently (although no one is going to hold him to it).
