Apologies if l've misinterpreted your comment above, but l would beg to differ that at 15.5 cents the success of the remaining financing options is already factored in. I do agree that the Pioneer Status is hugely important, however once the final leg of the financing is confirmed the share price will appreciate substantially IMO as this clears the way entirely.
