ATC's CAPEX estimate blew out from US$76.9M (29/6/15) to US$298M (23/10/17)
the impression is they have a German loan for US$190M
if this is so, why are ATC seeking another US$120M loan, which would make the debt funding US$310M or AUS$400M
adding another US$11M in shares to the builder, this makes ATC 100% debt funded
at what interest rate?
