below is my personal F.A. for my personal investment decisions for ATC
yellow is what i regard as ideal scenario
its hard for me to imagine lenders would 100% debt fund the project
also, for me, strange messages from ATC about debt funding, equity funding, funding partners, etc
for me, i get CAPEX cash-flow payback of 5 years based on 5 year tax-exempt window or 6 years with normal tax
3 years to commission plant to full production
long wait for 50 cents
