IMO the final financing package is also heavy dependent on the company getting the tax benefit of 'Pioneer Status' .
This would save over $95usd over the first 5 years and pay for most of the mezzanine debt or other finance options.
For me this is the biggest risk remaining, as financing options will have success factored in.
We’re probably looking at late May to mid June for Pioneer Status approval and I would expect the final financing package to be announced soon after .
