I get the feeling ATC internally have said let’s push on regardless of Mac bank, if they approve, then great, but if not, we need to be armed with alternatives to be able to maintain momentum. Note in this extract below, the main point for me is the AND/OR mention.
“Altech Managing Director Iggy Tan said that the company is continuing to pursue other joint venture partner initiatives that are also underway and/or the USD$90 million mezzanine debt work that is progressing with Macquarie Bank.”
