Agree the and/or is telling I feel. It’s almost a “your on notice” to Macquarie that they are not the only ones in the picture to assist in completing funding and may even be out matches or left behind should other options become available. Any thoughts of having a controlling influence on negotiations may be tempered with the knowledge they are not the only ones in the race.
Good projects attract more than a single interested party.
