My concern is that if the Mac bank legal DD is still far away from completion as suggested then where does that leave ATC in terms of funding the cost requirements for this quarter?
We won't see any money from the AAM deal until Mac bank or someone else lends the additional $90M............
I would have thought that this initial phase of the AAM fund raising, if successful, would be sufficient for the Mac bank legal DD requirements?
Or will they wait for the whole $100M to be sitting in the bank first?
