    They would have to get funding for the second plant first..............that would be the big IFFFF.............theoretically they could knock one up in Germany in 2 years as it would be a carbon copy of the one in Malaysia.............announcements from the company over the next couple of weeks are crucial to the survival of this project IMO.........make or break time!
