What a day.
ATC management is obviously not happy (to say the least) about the two announcements being out of sync.
They are coming to grips with some of the manual error-prone processes of the German market that we take for granted in the more sophisticated/automated Australian financial market. AAM doesn't have a CFO with market regulatory compliance responsibilities as ATC does. They use lawyers to write and manually lodge announcements with local courts as opposed to the lodging via an entity like the ASX. The same lawyers also communicate back to ATC ....... Poor German/English translations haven't helped either.
An amended announcement will be forthcoming and we can 'get over it' and move forward.
