Good question there's a disconnect but not form ATC's announcements.
Note too that the current one is after the other (AAM) one and I would expect ATC wouldn't make blatantly misleading statements especially since they have had the W/E to consider it.
I can't read Cerman so haven't seen the AMM one that says the money will be given back.
