Not a great look. ATC is announcing that they were not aware of the legal problems with the AAM raising, even though shareholders were aware and discussing it all day yesterday on HotCopper. I can’t understand how AAM would advise the market but not ATC that there was an issue, especially at the time that they advised ATC of the results of the rights offer. I find it difficult to believe that ATC were not aware when they made the earlier announcement.
