There is no timeframe set to finance as they are at the mercy of the Export credit agency. Was very nice to see that ATC management are facilitating site visits and the like in an aim to give as much knowledge to the auditors as soon as possible in an effort I believe to speed things up as much as they can.

My own ill informed reasoning thinks we should have an answer Novemberish. Hopefully I am way off and we get a nice Ann in September.

As ATC have all the other ducks in a row finance is really the only major sticking point right now. If the German finance is approved then the remainder of monies required won't be hard to come by and ATC will be into construction phase quickly.

Overall I still think they are on target for first production last quarter 2017 assuming no unforeseen roadblocks ahead.
