~USD20m (~AUD 28.6m) spent so far on the Johor plant construction, equipment engineering design packages, Johor land lease, and Meckering land purchase.
Several million more on the detailed plant design plus permits etc.
So yes not much goodwill left in the current share price which is one of the reasons the SP is bumping around the 4c level IMO.
