Maybe the German graphite company & the silicon company with the JV research collaboration is tipping in for some costs & everyone share potential benefits.
They must need a bit of space for progress to run larger scale research trials. Many great ideals work well in the lab, but often have problems operating at larger scale with either "off the shelf" or custom made parts. Hopefully ATC is one of the lucky ones with an early good run in outcomes. Interesting times ahead.
