Rather than all the repetitious marketing material, perhaps they could lay out the phases of commissioning the pilot plant must go through, and a provide summary of the activities for each phase.
I Googled 'Hot Commissioning' and after some reading I've come to appreciate the overall work required for commissioning.
Why can't the company explain it?
