It rings true that Xi is making all this noise threatening Taiwan to distract from his multiple policy disasters at home ( NO Aust. Coal!).
It's why MiIlley had to ring his opposite no. in China and say 'No nuke strike planned'. Trump was on the same game. Populist *$/-" !.
