That is a very interesting interpretation, and one that I personally disagree with. Energy experts are unanimous that a renewable energy transition can not occur without batteries. Solar and wind, being intermittent in energy production, simply can not succeed without battery storage . I read it as siding with the world's renewable energy transition to net zero emissions and the imminent requirement to have safe batteries that can assist with this transition.
