Interestingly Mezz debt, Equity Petra Capital and Possible JV-partial project sell down.
It does show there are set in the background with the last pieces waiting. Only thing bugging me is the word ‘possible’ JV. Possible JV, does this mean the JV will only be used if required???
I would think Patra have given indicative if not fix capital number they are willing to offer which either leaves a gap or not for the JV or not. or am I missing something....
