Great Presentation all 47 pages ,,but the 9 tonne Gorilla in the Room,, Finance???? the green light for go,,,,, the duration of the due diligence in the presentation would show , its not a given,,, not a walk in the park ,,, 18 months on one finance package and 14 months and going on another??
