It will be interesting if the fin decision gets 'delayed' until next report as I would say expenditure has been pretty high as they look like they have been powering ahead with the build! next CR could come sooner than expected? May be cheaper buying ahead? could be dreaming butYou have to pay the ferry man to get to the other side, fin will be ann when they and theres have got enough on board and it has prob been slow going as the sp has been reasonably resistant; tin foil cap off! When ann will be very good holding imo!
