Will they actually achieve anything from this cap raise? Good Question. A prospectus in a penny company is not worth the paper its written on. Did they achieve much from the last cap raise?
I prefer to look at management and what they have at stake.
Ceo Iggy get 950k pa 9 yrs now I believe. For what exactly? He did dig deep deep into his pockets and pulled out some coins to buy 10k in Feb. Delphi and MAA seem to be selling.
