    A Shareholder who has a registered address outside Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Malaysia,
    Switzerland and Singapore (Permitted Jurisdictions) (Ineligible Shareholder) will not be eligible to
    participate in the Offer.

    What sort of convoluted language is that. Good for the Germans as the business is in their country.
