The ASX has the discretion as to whether an announcement is marked 'Price Senstive'. You have a different opinion then to Australia's stock market regulator.
Altech's largest shareholder Deutsche Balaton in July 2023 partially underwrote the Entitlement Offer for $6.7M, as well as took additional stock in the shortfall placement. Given this vote of confidence, whilst you never cease to be amazed by Iggy's job, the largest shareholder appears committed to Altech.
So Troyus, you have a different opinion to both the ASX as well as Altech's largest shareholder. Who people put more credibility in the opinion of is up to them.
