I think the SP not doing much because of a small potential equity raise.
We know that we pretty much have the 120m, albeit not binding from the first lender Iggy will just be shopping around for the best deal for us.
A brand new Altech HPA plant on that street will be looking smicko. Hopefully theres room for expansion in the coming years
