    I am one of those investors who would be keen on an attractive equity raise following confirmation of mezzanine debt. Maybe a Non-Renounceable Rights Issue? Either way I'd hope the company gives all the shareholders the opportunity to load up on shares for an attractive price before it all goes up and up
