Why release the LOI after entitlement period ends? If was before could have benefited all existing shareholder's with a temporary pump to get more parties interested in taking up there rights.
So who benefits here? Maybe a certain board member prince who now may get a pump after receiving full allocation of $5mill of underwriting, plus 6% underwriting fee?
Im looking for a reason to reenter, but im starting to think im safer not watching this anymore, in case im sucked in to hitting the buy button again.
