At 30 June 2023, in the case of all participants, it was deemed likely that the vesting conditions pertaining to the respective tranches of performance rights would be achieved by the vesting dates and accordingly a pro-rata portion of the deemed value of the rights has been expensed to the Profit and Loss account and accordingly has been disclosed as deemed income for each key management personnel.
No performance rights held by directors or key management personnel that were outstanding as at 30 June 2023 or awarded since that date, have vested. Details below.
Which means they haven't actually been given these performance shares yet. Also the their value has declined massively along with all holders.
Look at the vesting conditions. If they hit even one of those, then who on this forum will complain?
I exclude tranche 4. I don't have time to understand and explain why they are still there given the event occurred several years ago. They they will expire next year.
I'm not trying to defend or justify management remuneration. I just want people basing their views on accurate numbers.
