I think we'll find that by probing the ground viz. semi drilling the area that needs to be cut into to get the firm foundation, will quantity cost to a level where both parties. E.g. If we run into a lot of basalt with a hardness of 20+ it's going to cost a bit more but both the contractor and we want to know that so we can negotiate the difference. It will be a significant element of the fixed price for the contract. I don't believe the contact in it's final from has been signed more like a heads of agreement. I am happy to be corrected.
