The sale price values the PROJECT at the time of sale at USD200M. To achieve that value however,the sale (or imo,a significant percentage of the total),must proceed.So that value is only achieved by ATC selling down it's % ownership and therefore ATC cannot be valued,even theoretically, at USD200M,(at this stage in the timeline at least).
