All I can see is Germany (and Europe) under severe pressure to lower long term rates. Under those conditions an the 10 year bund interest rate being negative I would guess those MoFo's would be scrambling over themselves to get an investment with 15 % guaranteed. They don't need to have a lot of it just some (sliced and diced) to sweeten the rates they can get.
