    I understand the deal this way. Aquity capital gets 40 Million of shares without any risk.
    Aquity capital try to sell this amount on the stock market. ATC gets the money minus charging the commission back.
    40 Million shares tried to be sold should have a devastating effect on the share price.
    Confused about no limit share price on the down side mentioned.
    Did I understand it right or does anyone has further information.
