42 trader you are quite right about re-engineering the plant, difficulties, costs, etc. However, more than once I've come across similar situations where the developing producer has a scalable, even modularized plant which at a later date can have its throughput greatly increased. Often this is because the developer hasn't the capital to build a full sized, DFS proven sustainable, plant/mill. Although I don't know if this is applicable in ATC's case.

To paraphrase Bill Clinton, "It's about the financing stupid."  A Christmas present financing followed by a bullish 2019 would be something to raise a glass too.
