Hi,although i'm not a metallurgical engineer i think there is a difference between high purity aluminium and high purity alumina. Aluminium is a good conductor of electricity whereas alumina is an isolator. In the brochure attached Hydro seems to be a producer of high purity aluminium and high purity alumina but the main product is high purity aluminium.
I haven't spent too much time researching the subject but probably they're not mentioned because they don't produce significany quantities of High Purity Alumina.
