- Board appointment (tick)
- Share holder CR approval (tick)
- MQ bank approval (ti..)
Once MQ give OK i don't think the Germans will knock back a min 15% return. Where do you find that sort of return in Europe? see below history graph
IMHO the CR will be over subscribed if and when MQ's lawyers are done making sure I's and T's are dotted and crossed.
