Ann: Altech - HPA Plant Construction Update, page-20

Back in early June, I posted:
The electrical substation building included in stage 1 is still in the design review and approval phase with TNB (Malaysian power company).
If the approvals come through construction will commence in July.
This approval came through about 2 weeks ago, so another mini boxed ticked.
Annoyingly (but to be expected), a few nitpicky changes were required to the original design - things like the location of the roof ventilation fans and the rear door.
This is the next building to be constructed and I would expect that to commence very soon if not already.

Target completion date is Q2 2020 for building construction. Handover to TNB will then occur for the electrical infrastructure installation.
The installation phase is expected may take some time but can run concurrently with the main plant construction.
As expected progress on the workshop and OSD water tanks has advanced.
We should be getting another progress update with new pictures over the next couple of weeks.
