Having elements of the plant being built and closing in final financing via steady progress is the bird in the hand.
We're not actually in some kind of race. What happens in races is extra pressure and people fall over.

In any endeavour how do you do what you're trying to achieve properly when you spend an inordinate amount of time looking at the next person. If people are going to do that perhaps they can dedicate the amount of criticism and negativity to the competitor as they are to ATC.
