Conventional thinking would suggest points 2) and 3) should be a given as they are unlikely to reflect on the practicality or success of the project only commercial type matters which are dealt with in every deal of this nature unless there are special circumstances we are not aware of. Conventional thinking would also suggest point 1) has largely been nullified as a risk factor as the CRU report is far better than could have been expected and in fact could be interpreted as an endorsement for the project to proceed. The market however is not giving any credence to these facts as it clearly wants to see the finance finalised before re-rating the SP. I am just about to adjust my wine glass from half full to full.
