Yep CR coming as sure as night follows day, and clearly aiming at retail, if they could get away a placement with the instos and sophs they would have already done it so I reckon there will be a SPP. I expect it will be your typical SPP I.e. apply for up to $30 k worth regardless of the size of your holding and will be at a ~ 20% discount to 5 - 20 day VWAP (whatever looks best) . So the smart play is to sell down to a handful of shares so that you’re eligible and then purchase via the SPP or on market, which ever is cheaper or more certain.
