    This announcement was expected given Uwe Ahrens comments back on 9/7 and found by catweazle on 19/8
    i.e. 'Our new factory near Leipzig for the HPA production for the Lithium Ion Battery Separators" .
    That comment was truthful. It is indeed very close to Leipzig.
    I'll be interested to hear the reaction from our German investors on HC.
