At least somebody is making good money from HPA.

That is not quite correct.

With HPA, not a single one of the newcomers, all of whom are not yet producing, earns anything.

Currently, only the speculators are earning, riding on a wave of announcements and promises.

But that is exactly how the stock market works with companies that are not yet generating profits.
You just have to find (you can also say: seduce) enough people who are willing to pay the prices called for.
And there are unspeakably many tricks for this on disallowed.
