This is probably what happened in the first place. Germany wanted to raise the $ 144 M in Germany, the guy who got interest in fabricating the machine and private people with money, etc... Then give a loan to ATC Australia with highs interest. In both case the money would have be shifted back to Germany to pay for the fabrication of the machine and the loan. In this case, Germany would have made more money from it. Somehow, this solution did not eventuate because of perhaps the Covid-19 or may be some obscure reason that we shall never known. If ATC Australia did get the money from Germany in the first place, perhaps the factory in Malaysia would be build by now. The factory is over priced at $ 144 M. Some guy get a lot of sugar in they tea. Just my thought again. Have a nice day!
