I'm having a bit of trouble following the deal transpiring. If Yag are getting 355m shares for $100m to acquire 49% - that equates currently to 28c per share.
Say in year 5 ATC pays a dividend of say 3 cents per share which could represent about 5% of the SP - that would equate to a SP of about 60c per share. That means approximately 355m shares at 60c = $213m similar to the compound interest Year 5/6 15% scenario. The dilution from the initial deal 28c v currently equity raise at 20% discount to 10c is advantageous to ATC as mentioned earlier (30% v 50%)
Is this somewhere near the mark in saying this is a very good deal for ATC?
