A simple way to view it would be:
Assuming that the capital is successfully raised,the incoming parties are willing to buy into half of the project for USD100M(AUD 140M).
This implies a current value for ATC of 20cps for it's half. This is only the buy in price and one would assume that the incoming parties expect to make a profit on their investment and value the project somewhere above that level.I would think that the expectation would be to at least double the value once in full production,at a minimum,or else why bother buying in.
