i dont interpret it as desperate. its obvious a tactical move by the german Balaton AG. balaton was a subsriber of a large part of the last CR. look at youbishengs mayor shareholder! it is "W.K.T. Zours (AR Balaton AG)" with 88,45%. so i see this "financing" as a hidden take over move. because they will have the majority stack in ATC in the case they exercise the whole option.
