Let's assume we get the US100m from the Germans. If no Macquarie deal then they will be US90m short.
They will need to borrow the extra 90m from another lender.
If they get the 90m as equity instead of debt then control is lost.
The catch 22 is if no Macquarie deal then no German deal and we are all screwed.
The Macquarie deal will be done soon and the German cap raise after.
A small-cap fund decided to sell out of Altech and has been capping the price at 10c this month. Not Macquarie.
Hopefully, today's trade volume over 10c has seen an end to them.
