If I remember right, $ 144M was the money they wanted from Germany to finish building the factory in Malaysia. They never got it. From that time they ,the top in ATC did a lot of small capital raising, which I suspected was to make sure they could get pay every month.Would anyone known how many time the ATC did capital raising and how much $?Would anyone can explain what happened to the money of those capital raising?Your thoughts much appreciated.
