a) Mitsubishi did not buy the entire quantity, but acts as an exclusive "seller" for a commission.
b) so nobody could prevent ATC from selling HPA also to the coating plant in Germany as long as Mitsubishi gets the commission for it
c) Iggy talked about alternative material that he buy externally on the market,
one reason is that he needs it earlier than the plant in Johor produces and the second reason is already written here,--
