AS far as I'm concerned it's as close to my guess of what Iggy was trying to say, as I need to hear.
We see a need from HPA and window with pricing and we're going for it. We've taken some time to try and get the financing right and substantially have.

Reminds me of the scene in IKE on the D- Day invasion call with Robert Duvall playing Eisenhower - "I say we go".

I.e. sometimes you have to make a call and after considering all the available information a decision maker - will. (Apparently General Bradley was pretty good at it too).
